Wes has been training aspiring men from all walks of life for over 4 years, and he centers his focus on fitness around the principles of balance, power, and mobility. He is a NASM certified personal trainer and a performance enhancement specialist who practices what he preaches. You will often hear him use a phrase like- “strength through length,” or, “motion is lotion,” because his goal is to see all of his clients live a pain free life, while also exercising feats of peak athleticism.
Working with Wes requires patience, dedication, and a certain level of intensity- especially when things get tough! He will even guarantee that you reach your goals, under one condition…Show up every day and bring it. Maintain your drive and keep moving forward. You owe it to yourself.

When Josh began his fitness journey, he rapidly fell in love with the idea of transforming his body and it led him to take a deep dive into rigorous studying of the human body and how it responds to physical exertion. As he accrued more knowledge, he came to the realization he loved teaching this valuable information as much as he loved learning it.
So from there he began to take on clients and put them to work towards their goals and desires. He will put you to work towards YOUR goals. He will make sure you stay accountable. He will change the way you look at working out and he will positively impact your mind and body. Working with him will not only optimize you physically, but mentally as well.
